However, the same shall not apply to equipment approved by the Minister of Transport in regard to the type thereof, and to equipment to he installed in aircraft used by the Self Defence Forces, the performance and structure of which are recognised as appropriate by the Director-General of the Defence Agency.
2. Any person ~will apply for approval for the type of equipment wider the proviso of the preceding paragraph shall submit an Application for Approval of the Type of Prescribed Emergency Equipment (Form No.28-3) in duplicate, to the Minister of Transport.
3. The approval of the type of equipment under the proviso of paragraph 1 shall be assumed upon the issuance of a Document of Approval for the Type of Prescribed Emergency Equipment (Form No.284) to the applicant.
4. The Minister of Transport may cancel said approval whenever the type of prescribed emergency equipment approved under the proviso of paragraph 1 is recognised deviating from standards of safety or uniformity, or said prescribed entergency equipment is recognised as not heing in use.
5. Manufacturers of the types of prescribed emergency equipment approved under the proviso of paragraph 1 above shalt display on said prescribed emergency equipment a symbol or attribution to The effect that approval under the proviso of said paragraph has been obtained.
6. The method of display to be made in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph shall be designated in the Document of Approval for Type of Prescribed Emergency Equipment under paragraph 3 above.

Article 153. The quality of fuel which shall be carried by an aircraft under the provisions of Article 63 of the Law shall be as follows:
(1)In the case of an aircraft used for air transportation service: the quantity of fuel required for completing the flight to the first intended destination for landing plus the quantity of fuel listed in the right side of the following Table corresponds to The categories listed in the left side of The said Table.
